With an array of experience, Eric Dahl is a sought after marketer with his unique leadership approach.

Early in his marketing career, Eric worked as Vice President of Marketing at Navigator Business Solutions where his efforts enabled NBS to receive SAP’s Cloud Partner of the Year Award in back to back years. Later hired by ClearSource, Eric balanced the demand of operational performance while expanding the brand’s footprint as VP of Operations and Marketing. ClearSource would go on to garner honors as an Inc. 500 listed company, and Utah Fast 50 recipient.

Eric would go on to create his own practice, Revmarka, as an outsourced/fractional CMO, where he was recognized as a 2018 AdAge 40 Under 40 candidate.

In 2019 Eric became President at Gravitate One, a leading Utah digital marketing agency, where he helped guide the firm to new heights in revenue, retention, and relevance, all during the pandemic. Eric left Gravitate in 2022, and has since co-founded DavisDahl where he continues to empower clients with the same winning results he has become synonymous with throughout his career.

Beyond work, Eric is passionate about his family, sports, fitness, reading, and his ever-growing shoe collection.

Having been successful in both consumer and business-to-business sales, Gardner Davis decided to extend his conversion expertise back toward the beginning of the funnel.

Making his marketing entrance as an agency content writer, he quickly became the director of content and the multi-media specialist for the Utah-based firm, making video and voiceover ads.

Before and after his tenure as a content specialist, Gardner Davis fulfilled various creative projects with his company, Veenya Creative. With time, he became proficient in the Adobe Suite of Products, and an expert at building custom websites on WordPress.

Gardner Davis then worked as an account executive at another Utah-based marketing agency, managing and fulfilling SEO projects for nearly 100 clients. He then moved in-house as the marketing director for a global background screening company, being quickly promoted to CRO. In just a year’s time, inbound lead value would increase nearly 30 percent and conversion rates would double thanks to strategic initiatives and the leveraging of key technologies.

In his free time, Gardner enjoys outdoor activities and music production, placing faith and family at the forefront.
